Currently have a room available in a four bedroom two story townhouse that is brand new based in a new development called St Clair in Woodville. Fully furnished, safe street parking available, close to woodville train station and St Clair Shopping Centre, close to bus stops, 15min from CBD. Rent is 150 a week that includes all expenses but food. Currently there are three people living in the house, one is 19y.o male apprentice plumber, and a 19y.o male uni student, and myself 21y.o female nurse. We are all into sport and fitness, and very much social people and have out 'family' nights, we are looking for same like personality.
